The Center of Ethical and Socially Responsible Leadership, at the Eli Broad College of Business, and College of Education at Michigan State University (MSU) have partnered with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity’s Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS), and Peckham Inc to host the second Abilities, Opportunities and Future of Work Conference on the 21st of October 2025 at Minskoff Pavilion, Michigan State University. This conference is designed to promote a cross-disciplinary dialogue into challenges and solutions to promote disability employment.

Our aim is to help provide a forum that can debate and brainstorm solutions and bring best practices in the discipline to help improve employment opportunities for Individuals with Disabilities (IWD). The conference is uniquely designed in a workshop participatory format that blends keynote speakers, expert panelists, designed participant break-out sessions and report outs to ensure maximum engagement between attendees and panelists.

Registration is $25 per person and it will include lunch. Register to join us today!
